What is our AI Voice Assistant?

2. For what purpose?

The AI assistant serves to improve our customer service. You receive quick answers to your questions, personalized e-bike recommendations, and purchase support – available 24/7.

3. Legal Basis

For text chat: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest)

For voice input: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (your consent)

You will be asked for your consent the first time you use the voice function. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs processes your data exclusively according to our instructions and implements appropriate security measures.

5. Is data processed outside the EU?

Yes, the technical processing takes place in the USA. Data transfer is legally secured by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR).

6. How long is data stored?

Conversation data is stored for a maximum of 3 days and then automatically deleted – unless legal retention obligations require longer storage.
